Position: TOP CAREER Vietnam Internship
Job Description:
|
|
1) Marketing/ Promotion
|
|
-Support to do promotion of "TOP CAREER" services (global recruitment and study abroad related opportunities) to universities and students, and local committees, communities, and other necessary channels.
|
|
-Support on recruiting events and job seminars in universities.
|
|
-Support HR Consultant on promotion planning and cost management
|
| |
|
2) Project Operations
|
|
-Handle communications with candidates (Skype, phone, and emails)
|
|
-Update the data and database of candidates and schools
|
|
-Support HR Consultant on operation handlings ( logistics, HR related fields)
|
| |
| |
|
3) Market research
|
|
-Conduct research of labor market and building up database of recruiting trends in main targeted countries
|
|
-Build up database of recruiting trends in main targeted countries
|
|
-Research cooperating network with world top schools
|
| |
|
4) Others: necessary tasks/roles assigned by the manager
|
| |
|
Workplace: HCMC office, District. 5.
Working time: 4hrs or 8hrs/ day from Mon – Fri ( flexible depending on candidates)
Internship Period: 3 months
